Azraq Wetlands Reserve

Discover the Azraq Wetland Reserve, a vital oasis in the eastern desert of Jordan. Established in 1978, this 12 square-kilometer reserve is a key stopover for migratory birds. Although natural springs dried up in 1992, artificial springs now sustain this unique ecosystem and continue to attract visitors.
