Kiwi Reef Dive Site

Kiwi Reef is a captivating dive site located in Aqaba, Jordan, named after New Zealander Bevan Airey who discovered it during an exploratory dive. Accessible by both shore and boat, the site features a gentle seagrass slope leading to coral pinnacles at depths ranging from 10 to over 30 meters. These pinnacles serve as nurseries for juvenile fish and are frequented by marine life such as moray eels, lionfish, stingrays, octopuses, and the elusive thorny seahorse. The reef's diverse ecosystems and excellent visibility make it a favorite among underwater photographers and suitable for divers of all levels. For experienced technical divers, the deeper area known as "Kiwi Arch" offers further exploration opportunities.
