Wadi Zuqalb

Wadi Zuqalb is one of the prominent valleys in eastern Jordan, forming part of what is now the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Located within the Irbid Governorate, the valley acts as a confluence for streams coming from areas such as Deir Abu Said, Rahaba, and Northern Mazar, among others. Wadi Zuqalb ultimately flows into the Jordan River. It is home to the Sharhabil bin Hassneh Dam, also known as Zuqalb Dam, which plays a crucial role in water storage and management in the region.
