Shoman Cinema

Established in 1989, the Cinema Committee at the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation is a volunteer initiative composed of cinema experts and artists. The committee aims to enrich the Foundation's cultural offerings by promoting interaction with diverse Arab and global cultures through the art of cinema, recognized as one of the most influential and widely appreciated creative mediums. The committee carefully selects high-quality films, providing analytical brochures and facilitating post-screening discussions that foster intellectual and artistic dialogue. These discussions encourage deeper understanding, refined appreciation, and a more profound connection with the cinematic works, reflecting the committee's commitment to promoting a rich cultural and intellectual experience.
