Qasmieh Al-Fawal, established in 1952 in Irbid, Jordan, is one of the top restaurants in town serving delicious Hummus, Foul, and Falafel. The restaurant is renowned for its unique Qasmieh Plate, a special hummus dish cooked using a distinctive technique and topped with a special tahina paste mix, innovated by the founder's grandfather. Over the years, Qasmieh Al-Fawal has expanded internationally, opening its first restaurant in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in 2017, followed by another in Dubai in 2020.
